Pricing!
- Set Fee based on price range
- $2,450 for homes less than $90,000
- $2,950 for homes in the $90,000 to $130,000 range
- $3,950 for homes in the $130,001 to $180,000 range
- $4,950 for homes in the $180,001 to $230,000
range
- $5,950 for homes in the $230,001 to $280,000
range
- Call our office for the fee on homes above $280,001
- 1% Show Fee if you decide that you want us to show your property and we show it to the buyer that buys it.
- We Do Not Charge 6-7%, just our flat Set Fee
